Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic Notice
From all the team at Bushey Hall Winchmaster, we would like to take a few moments of your time to inform and update you of our policies during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Please be assured that our primary objective is to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our people and those with whom we come in contact with. This includes our highly valued team, customers, suppliers and other business partners.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic
The situation is under continual review and we are following government guidance closely. We have put in place clear policies and procedures within our business to protect the health of our entire team and have taken action steps to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to continue their work and to provide support to our customers. We have also put in measures to make our premises COVID-Secure.
Please be assured that if we believe anyone is at risk we will not allow them to conduct business. In the same spirit, we would also ask anyone coming in contact with members of our team to let us know immediately if they are at risk of infection. This will enable us the time to implement the appropriate steps and measures.
Social Distancing
All areas of our business are now fully open. We have implemented the two metre rule throughout our premises and are currently operating a locked door policy. Upon arrival to our premises please make your presence known and you will be met by a member of the team. We encourage all visitors to regularly wash their hands and make use of the alcohol hand sanitiser provided. You will also find we have put protective screens in place and in some cases you may be asked to stay with your vehicle whilst we assist you with your requirements.
We would ask all customers and suppliers to please make an appointment prior to visiting one of our sites. This will help ensure that we are able to respect the two metre rule, avoid overcrowding and ensure the relevant members of the team are on hand.

Our phone system is open daily from 9am until 5:30pm and we look forward to being able to assist you with your enquiry. Our usual out of hours answering service is in place outside of these hours. If you would like to speak to a member of the team but have been unable to reach anyone, please send us an email outlining the nature of your enquiry. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. As far as possible we believe we have put measures in place to keep visitors and our team safe. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic situation is fluid and we are adjusting our plans in line with the latest government advice.
