Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice

From all the team at BHW Group Ltd, we would like to take a few moments of your time to inform you of our policies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are currently in the process of monitoring and adapting our plans as the situation continues to develop. Please be assured that our primary objective is to safeguard the health and well-being of our people and those with whom we come in contact with. This includes our highly valued customers and suppliers.

We are adhering to all government guidelines and continually monitoring and reviewing the situation as new advice is announced. We have put in place clear policies and procedures within our business to protect the health of our entire team and have taken action steps to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to continue their work and to provide support to our customers.

Please be assured that no one will be allowed to conduct business if we are aware that there is a risk. In the same spirit, we would also ask anyone that needs to come in contact with members of our team to let us know if there is any reason that our colleagues should not meet with someone in person due to a risk of infection, that we are made aware of this ahead of time. This will enable us the time to take the appropriate steps and measures.

Most of our team is now working remotely and emails to [email protected] are being picked up and responded to. Whilst we are continuing to trade, this is now on a very restricted basis, especially for despatch, repair and installation services. Whilst emails are being picked up, please be patient when awaiting a response.

We are asking suppliers and other third-parties to please email us ahead of visiting or making any deliveries.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please direct these via email to [email protected] and one of our team will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Obviously, this situation is fluid, with new developments happening on an on-going basis. We would ask anyone with any concerns to email us in the first instance.
